I entered the real estate world in 2016 with a strong business mindset, a love for competition, and a natural drive to lead and influence others. With a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wayne State University, I combine strategic thinking with a strong work ethic—qualities that have helped me make an impact through recruiting, training, onboarding, and supporting the growth of real estate professionals.

In my role, I focus on empowering agents from day one. I guide them through the licensing process, help them build confidence, and ensure they have the tools and systems needed to succeed. I strive to lead by example, adapt quickly, and maintain a consistent commitment to excellence.

Whether I’m leading a high-impact training session or working one-on-one with an agent, I bring energy and enthusiasm with the goal of motivating others to grow, level up, and reach their full potential.
