Matthew is a Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing production, operations, and continuous business improvement. He brings a rare mix of creative design, technical skill, and leadership to his role, working hands-on with both systems and people.

Matthew entered real estate after recognizing that the same principles that drive successful operations - precision, data, and disciplined execution - are often missing from property transactions. He brings a methodical, business-minded approach to buying and selling real estate, helping clients make confident decisions in an industry that often relies on intuition alone.

Outside of work, Matthew has been drumming since 1998. He enjoys riding motorcycles, drawn to activities that demand precision and focus. He is a husband and father, and values thoughtful decision-making, long-term planning, and stability both professionally and personally.
