Realtor

Tim has been a Realtor since 2015. He spent the previous 16 years as a middle school math teacher and coach before making his career change into real estate. Tim draws heavily from his teaching background when it comes to guiding his clients through the buying and selling process. He understands it's a new experience for many clients and he takes the time to explain the steps in detail, all the way to the closing table. Tim has been married to his beautiful wife since 2009. They have 2 adventurous and athletic daughters keeping the family busy with figure skating, softball, volleyball, golf, and a few instruments. Tim considers his ability to help anyone understand anything an extremely useful skill during a real estate transaction, and he enjoys helping his clients get comfortable with the process so they can make informed decisions every step of the way.
